Janeen is the lead voice and face of our corporate office. Whether you visit or call she is the woman you will be pleasantly greeted by.

Janeen loves the communication part of the White Glove Service system. She says "I love people! I also love to get off the phone with a customer that is less than happy and they call and they hang up happy."

Her favorite quote is "Too much of a good thing, can be WONDERFUL!" Well, U.S. Pest can't get enough of her great attitude! She is wonderful!
When asked what would be one thing she would change about the world, Janeen's answer is "Hatred and Prejudice".

Her favorite bug is the firefly because she loved them so much as a child and now her children catch them. Well Janeen shines bright like a firefly and if you ever get the chance to meet her you will say the same thing!

She has a handsome husband and two absolutely gorgeous girls!

"Mumzy" as affectionately called by her family, Janell plays a key role in the overall smoothness of the day to day operations of the company. She works out of the Corporate office in Hendersonville, TN. Janell's favorite Guiding Principle is #10, which states: "I will strive to be a role model and help others become their best". Janell is definitely a role model at U.S. Pest and she sets a great example of work ethics and is an asset.

Her favorite quote is "Have FUN, Have FUN, Have FUN" by Janell Taylor!

When asked what was one thing she MUST do before she dies, she says "To live a life pleasing to God so when I die I will have a home eternal with him and have a good name here".

Her favorite insect is the 'ant' because it's smart and industrious. Well, Janell may be the ants favorite human too because that describes Janell!

Erica Brister is one of the pest industry's youngest Presidents.  She is young, however she is not your typical 30 year old. 

Erica's favorite guiding principle is #12: "I will always answer a call from one of my peers or superiors at U.S. Pest with respect and willingness: 'I will, I can, What can I do, How can I help, Thank you, Yes Sir and Yes Ma'am.'"   Erica loves this principle because she knows that all actions of employees start at the top and attitude is a hallmark trait of U.S. Pest employees.  Erica believes that "when I have a great attitude, my employees tend to have a better attitude too, so I always answer a call from one of my employees with respect and willingness to help."

Erica's favorite quote is "I'm not giving up, I'm not giving in, and I'm not backing down". 

About the future of U.S. Pest, Erica says "U.S. Pest has a bright future.  We hire talent not warm bodies at U.S. Pest and we hire only the best people in the world to work here.  With this principle alone, I know U.S. Pest has no choice but to stamp out any competition.  The team at U.S. Pest is bubbling over with talent, enthusiasm, character and drive.  I am so proud of everyone that is on board and so privileged to lead such an awesome group."

Sam is a legend in the Pest Industry for his commitment to the education of the community as well as his loyalty to professionalism and safety for all the communities U.S. Pest serves.  He started U.S. Pest over 23 years ago and built it from the ground up!  The real American Dream.
