What is it and how does it work and applied?

Bora-care’s active ingredient is an inorganic Borate salt that occurs naturally and is mined from the earth. The active ingredient is Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate. It is mixed with water and applied as a liquid directly on the wood substructure of the home.

Not only can termites not consume wood treated with Bora-care but they will not tunnel over a treated surface either.

The product is odorless and the active ingredient is found in many household products including toothpaste and many food items for those concerned with safety. Other trade persons on site do not even have to leave during the application. Isn’t that a change?
