EDUCATION: There are far too many mis-conceptions and mis-information regarding a WDI Report.

First and foremost, it is not simply a termite inspection/report. It covers all wood destroying insects and the same potential damage including but not limited to: Carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powder post beetles, old house borers, flat head wood boreers, etc. If the visible inspection is performed and obvious visible evidence is overlooked and/or not reported, the inspecting company is liable.
