CSR Customer Service Represenative

Our Customer Service Represenatives are highly trained in the art of communication with our customers. Our CSR's are committed to helping U.S. Pest employees and customers through education and timely answers to any question a customer may have about scheuling, billing, and or just questions.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

 Process daily production of pest and termite specialists.

 Process new sales agreements.

 Maintain commission sheets for Field Inspectors.

 Act as liaison between customers and specialists in customer issues i.e. extra service requests, scheduling and rescheduling, and other concerns as they arise.

 Enter all sales opportunities accurately and thoroughly.  Ensure that the appropriate party is given the information in a timely manner.

 Track and maintain sales opportunities as designated.
 Be proficient in the application of customer payments and perform duty on a daily and/or as needed basis.

 Generate applicable paperwork needed to resolve customer issues, i.e. Credit Memos, Reverse Payments, Check Requests, and other related documents.

 Act as liaison between customers and General Managers when receiving cancellation calls.  Ensure the General Manager is given the appropriate information in a timely manner.

 Perform collection duties.

 Answer customer billing questions in a professional and timely manner, performing research and providing documentation as needed.

 Process cancellations in a timely manner and as outlined in company policies and procedures.

 Maintain documents and spreadsheets as directed.

 Perform other duties as assigned.
