Erica Brister

Erica Brister is one of the pest industry's youngest Presidents. She is young, however she is not your typical 30 year old.

Erica's favorite guiding principle is #12: "I will always answer a call from one of my peers or superiors at U.S. Pest with respect and willingness: 'I will, I can, What can I do, How can I help, Thank you, Yes Sir and Yes Ma'am.'" Erica loves this principle because she knows that all actions of employees start at the top and attitude is a hallmark trait of U.S. Pest employees. Erica believes that "when I have a great attitude, my employees tend to have a better attitude too, so I always answer a call from one of my employees with respect and willingness to help."

Erica's favorite quote is "I'm not giving up, I'm not giving in, and I'm not backing down".
