SUMMARY OF PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PROJECT A QUALITY IMAGE
Always look and act professional! This includes, but is not limited to, personal grooming, vehicle and equipment appearance, customer reports, sales materials, etc.
2. DELIVER QUALITY SERVICE ON SCHEDULE
Provide a high quality, effective and safe service according to company service
Protocols to all assigned customers each day.

• When you make a promise or appointment, keep it!
3. BE TECHNICALLY COMPETENT
Take advantage of all opportunities to increase your knowledge regarding your position, your company and your industry. Use this knowledge to provide our customers with a superior service while complying with all policies, procedures, product labels, laws and regulations.
4. MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS
Assure that all customer reports and company records are completed in a neat, clean, legible, and accurate manner processed according to schedule.
5. BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
Always say and do what’s right! Remember, at all times, YOU are the company! Maintain consistent and ongoing communication with customers in order to assure their complete satisfaction.
JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
1. Learn and comply with all company policies, standards and protocols in regards to assigned service days, minimum daily production, pest prevention treating techniques, etc.
2. Maintain and service all pest and termite customers according to company standards, policy and protocol.
3. Complete all company training as required.
4. Attend all technical training meetings as required.
5. Maintain vehicle in a clean, safe and properly decaled condition.
A. Maintain a complete inventory of company required equipment.
B. Keep vehicle and equipment organized.
C. Keep all equipment clean and in operating condition.
6. Inspect for and advise customers of potential problems.
A. Present solutions based on conditions, avenues and sources that promote pest prevention success.
B. Foster positive rapport and relationships with customers.
7. Respond to all customer complaints during the business day received and resolve
within 48 hours or at the customer’s convenience.
8. Maintain unserviced accounts list and reschedule missed accounts daily.
9. Maintain and follow all “special instructions” on each account.
10. Stay informed in regards to all state, federal and local regulations, company policies and procedures as they relate to your job.
11. Maintain current product knowledge and remain informed of the latest technical data pertaining to industry products, material and equipment.
12. Remain in contact with the office during the day and respond to all communications in a timely manner.
13. Submit daily service reports as required by company standards.
A. Complete service records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
B. Accurately document information on reports.
C. Obtain customer signature on all documents according to company policy.
14. Make every effort to prevent cancellations.
A. Provide service on time.
B. Return every call by a customer in a timely manner with sincere concern.
C. Notify management immediately of requests for cancellations.
D. Provide solutions to customer’s concerns.
15. Inform management of any safety issues, customer concerns and service issues encountered during the day.
16. Secure potential prospects by delivering new business leads to your supervisor and asking for referrals from established customers.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.
