Residential Green Pest Prevention

Our "Exterior Plus Pest Prevention Service" (Every Other Month EOM) provides coverage for the following pests: rodents, roaches, ants, silverfish, spiders (excluding brown recluse), wasp, and pantry pests. Due to the special treatment required for flea, tick, and brown recluse service, an additional investment will be required. Traditional pest control involves the application of pesticides in your home on base boards and in windows to control pests. At U.S. Pest Protection, we focus on preventing pests from entering your home. We treat OUTSIDE so they don’t get INSIDE.

Your EOM service will include:

1. First Treatment – Create an Internal Barrier in Home

An initial one time inspection and service of the interior of your home will include applying long lasting natural products to critical areas such as electrical wall coverings not in use. All cracks and crevices will be treated. Monitoring traps will be placed around the interior of your home in concealed areas such as: cupboards, closets, under sinks, utility rooms, etc. The monitoring traps will provide U.S. Pest with the information we need to perform proper prevention services. Identifacation of your specific pests is paramount in the succesful prevention of pest infestation.

2. Second Treatment – Beginning of EOM Exterior Plus Pest Prevention Service

The perimeter of your home will be serviced with modern equipment and products such as liquids, granules, and dusts. We pay special attention to entry points such as window and door openings, brick cavities and electrical and pipe conduits. Inside monitoring traps will be checked for activity and our experts will perform appropriate treatment based on data collected. If there is no sign of pests inside the home congratulations your "Pest Pro" is doing their job. Remember through sience and research we have discovered that it is not nessecery to continually apply product in your home if there are no signs of pests. We will return again in two months for exterior service only.
