Superior Service is only part of U.S. Pest's job

Here is what Judy the director of the White House Library said:

"There was a terrible smell coming from the 2nd floor.  Shawn found that a poor duck had flown into the chimney and died.  Shawn was nice enough to remove it for us.  EVERYONE at the Library is very grateful.  Shawn is really a great specialist."
