Boxelder bugs are common insects that feed on sap fromleaves, twigs, and seeds of boxelders, as well other members of the maple family.

Mole crickets have mole-like front feet, which are used for digging through roots. Northern mole crickets have four of these teeth-like body parts on each leg.

Closely related to the Grasshoppers and locusts, House Crickets have the hind legs which are modified for jumping.
