Important details about the Pest Infestation: Pest identification; knowledge of its biology and behavior. Infestation locations, entry points, harborage areas, sanitation or structural deficiencies, other contributing conditions, source of infestation, pest history of structure history of repairs, alterations to structure or property.
We also want to understand the Customer’s needs and special circumstances,
customer goals, and expectations for the program. Special customer needs: pets, children, the infirmed or other sensitivities and what actions have already been taken.
Symptom Management — What needs to be done to manage the symptom of this pest problem for the customer? How immediate is the need?
Source Control — Finding and correcting the problem at its source is vital for good pest management. What needs to be done to control the source of this pest problem?
Area Management / Protection / Prevention — The best long-term pest management comes in the form of prevention. What can be done to prevent this pest problem from occurring in the future?
A thorough treatment will be performed inside and outisde your home or business. Some of these treatments will include, Crack and Crevice Treatments, Perimiter Treatment and Spot Treatment.
Communication between a PMP and his customer is as important to the success of an IPM program as identifying pests or prescribing a solution. Clear communication provides the client a true understanding of the pest situation, the approach we are taking, realistic expectations for results, the customer's role in the process and maybe even why it is important that we are managing the problem for the customer.
We want to make sure that our service exceeded your expectations and you are consisently happy with U.S. Pest. Therefore it is our policy that you receive a follow up phone call from one of our represenatives a few days after your service to touch base and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We also have a follow up policy of no charge call backs if in the event you should need our services between services.
