Raving Fans of U.S. Pest

Mrs. Blanchard called in on August 15, 2009 to let the manager know that they are very pleased with the service that Terry provides.  They also commented on the fact that he came out to do an extra service for them and that was very helpful. 

On July 6, 2009,  Mr. Henderson wrote:

"I called in and at first spoke with Julie and she was very sweet and professional. Richard, my pest pro, is awesome and so gracious. He is always very thoughtful and concerned with my needs. Always kind and curteous. I love U.S. Pest and you guys are doing and awesome job.  I think Jack Reed, the manager down there, had done a great job on hiring people! I can't imagine using another company (even though they are knocking on my door all the time). I just wanted to let U.S. Pest know what a great job the whole company is doing!"

"There was a terrible smell coming from the 2nd floor.  Shawn found that a poor duck had flown into the chimney and died.  Shawn was nice enough to remove it for us.  EVERYONE at the Library is very grateful.  Shawn is really a great specialist."
